Janoops is registerd as a medium brown but that does not do her justice. She has a deep rich maroon color with black points.
Janoops was bred to Sterling Apocolypse, a handsome silver gray male who took first place at the 2006 National Conference, and had a georgeous jet black female with awesome fleece character, very crimpy and yet fine with excellent handle, and a totally beautiful head and top knot. She is so perfect we bred back to Sterling Apocolypse, She delivered a gorgeous maroon male, who we will be showing this spring. Due to weather constraints ( we live in the ohio snowbelt). We are holding Janoops over till spring. We have plans to breed her to a rose gray male Aremis. Or if you buy her before she is bred you can choose one of our ribbon winning males. Janoops' first cria was a stunning white male with very soft crimpy fiber and long staple length, He was sold shortly after weaning. Janoops' grandsire is Peruvian Macusani and her dam is from Canada out of two Australian Peruvian imports. (Terrific bloodlines!)
